Job summary

UNITED COUNSELING SERVICE OF BENNINGTON COUNTY INC in Vermont is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential to provide direct service to residents, implement ISAs, and participate in daily activities.

You will support independence, assist with daily living, medication administration as assigned, and collaborate with nursing and program staff. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing skills, Windows skills, typing and navigating, and e-mail usage.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Consistently implements each individual's ISA while fostering independence and growth.
• Performs medication administration as assigned and communicates with nursing staff.
• Accurately enters data, progress notes, and summaries for group home operations.
• Delivers housekeeping and daily living tasks, including shopping, cooking, and supplies management.
