United Counseling Service in Bennington, VT is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential to provide direct support to individuals in a group home. Under the supervision of the Group Home Manager, the DSP assists with ISAs, daily routines, medication administration, and community activities, while promoting independence.

This part-time, benefits-eligible position offers evening shifts, every-other weekend, and opportunities for career development within UCS's inclusive,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct Service experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Service to individuals in day-to-day activities.
• Implement each ISA and promote independence.
• Assist with daily routines, self-care, money management, dining, social skills and community outings.
