Astound is seeking a Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative to drive growth in the Greater Boston area. You will start with a base salary of $39,900 and have uncapped commissions, with the potential to exceed six figures through performance-based earnings.

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.
• Remain knowledgeable on changes and developments within the product/service line.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
