Astound is seeking a driven field-based Residential Outside Sales representative for the Greater Boston, MA area. You will start with a base salary and pursue uncapped commissions to achieve earnings beyond base pay.

The role requires prospecting, product/service matching to customer needs, and presenting solutions through demonstrations. A valid driver's license and favorable driving record are essential for success in this on-site field position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to walk/visit properties and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers via demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute sales strategy to increase sales in respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material.
