Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Residential Operations Manager to oversee the system of supports and services for individuals served. This full-time, on-site role requires on-call duties and strong leadership to coordinate service delivery.

You will supervise staff, manage finances for the program, ensure effective communication within service teams, and contribute to a competitive benefits package, paid training, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or related field with four years I/O Waiver experience, or eight years I/O Waiver experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience
  • Degree can be waived for 8 year of experience in I/O Waiver Services
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria
• Full personal Automobile insurance coverage
