Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a qualified supervisor to manage the overall system of supports for individuals served, coordinate service delivery, and oversee financial aspects of the program. This full-time on-call role requires a four-year degree in social services and at least three years of supervisory experience.

Ideal candidates will have IO Waiver experience, strong decision-making and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with full auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or related field with IO Waiver experience.
• Degree can be waived for 8 years of IO Waiver Services experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Full personal Automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities
