Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking a full-time supervisor to oversee the system of supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves managing personnel, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring effective communication within service teams.

The position requires a four-year degree with IO Waiver experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, and valid driver’s license with full automobile insurance.

• Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience
  • Degree can be waived for 8 year of experience in I/O Waiver Services
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria
• Full personal Automobile insurance coverage
