Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring a Residential Operations Manager in Ohio. The role oversees supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, manages staff, and ensures effective team communication with financial oversight.

On-call required and full-time employment. Qualifications include a four-year degree with IO Waiver experience (or 8 years of experience in IO Waiver Services) and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with IO Waiver experience or eight years IO Waiver experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and full personal automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services for individuals served.
• Coordinate personnel and service delivery; ensure teams communicate effectively.
• Oversee financial aspects of the program.

At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals’ service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience

• Degree can be waived for 8 year of experience in I/O Waiver Services

• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.

• Excellent decision‑making, time management and communication skills

• Valid Driver’s License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria

• Full personal Automobile insurance coverage
