ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the overall system of supports and services for individuals served. You will oversee personnel and coordinate service delivery, ensuring teams communicate effectively.

This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities with a salary range of $56,500–$58,000 per year, paid training, and a benefits package (medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, 401k), plus PTO and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or related field.
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• At least four years of human services experience.
