ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a full-time administrator to manage the overall system of supports for individuals served, coordinating service delivery and supervising staff. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

The role includes financial oversight and ensuring effective communication within service teams. A four-year degree with IO Waiver experience, or eight years of IO Waiver experience in lieu of the degree, is expected, along with at least three years of

Competenze

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of IO Waiver experience
• Degree can be waived for 8 years of IO Waiver Services
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience
• Valid Driver's License meeting Company Authorized Driver Criteria
• Full personal Automobile insurance coverage

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience
  • Degree can be waived for 8 year of experience in I/O Waiver Services
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria
