Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant). The role centers on at-home consultations, guiding homeowners through major window and door investments.

The position requires evenings and weekends and rewards performance with uncapped earnings. Training, coaching, and rapid advancement are offered in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Formación

• Formal industry experience is not required.
• Track record of outperforming in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, or the military.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Dig into what homeowners want and diagnose needs faster than others.
• Ask sharp questions and design door/window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and get the yes.
• Run a real schedule: 2 morning, 2 evening, 2 weekend, 4 elective slots weekly.
• Hold yourself accountable to the numbers; no one chases you.
• Improve weekly: product knowledge and sales craft.
