Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) to meet homeowners in their homes, diagnose needs, and design window and door solutions you love.

You will manage a real schedule with morning, evening, and weekend slots, earning uncapped commissions and paid training. A passion for learning, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
