Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Cleveland is seeking Design Consultants for Renewal by Andersen to deliver in-home sales experiences. You will conduct 90-minute consultations, present window and door options, and close solutions that meet homeowner needs. Training and a strong earning potential are central to the role.

New hires begin as Design Consultant Trainees with a multi-week program, paid training, and a path to full Design Consultant. A balanced schedule and ample coaching support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a world-class homeowner experience.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Meet and maintain sales metrics and performance expectations.
• Valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain in-home state license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using an iPad and AR tools to design replacements.
• Drive personal vehicle to 1,800–2,500 miles monthly for appointments.
• Attend sales and branch meetings and training sessions.
• Support the sales process with documentation, changes, and order updates.
• Use company software and comply with security and confidentiality policies.
