Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring a Window & Door Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) in Cranford, NJ. This is a high-energy, field-based role where you meet homeowners at their kitchen tables to design beautiful, energy-efficient window and door replacements.

Expect uncapped earnings with paid training, a fast-paced schedule, and a path to advancement through earned results.

Qualificações

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, or similar fields.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
