Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor for Chattanooga. You will visit homeowners in their residences to present window and door replacement options and close deals on the spot.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, uncapped commissions averaging $150k–$200k, and eligibility for an comprehensive insurance package. Occasional travel up to 3 hours is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad apps and sales software.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design presentations and close sales on the spot.
