Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants to conduct in-home sales presentations for window and door replacements. You will visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential settings and guide homeowners through the decision process.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped commissions ranging from six figures, and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfortable navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present windows and doors.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision.
• Close sales in a single call; no ongoing project management.
