Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) to sit at kitchen tables with homeowners, understand their needs, and design custom window and door solutions.

This role requires energy, resilience, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll earn uncapped commissions, receive paid training, and have a fast track to advancement with support from seasoned teams.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
