Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks dynamic sales professionals willing to work evenings and weekends to meet homeowners at their homes. Expect uncapped, performance-based earnings with an average first-year pay around $190K, plus paid training and clear advancement paths.

Role demands grit, high EQ, and the drive to win in a fast-paced home-improvement market, with promotions based on results rather than tenure.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• Track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask sharp questions and design door and window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule: two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective slots weekly.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number; stay results-driven.
• Get better every week with product knowledge and sales craft.
