Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Program Manager for Sub-Acute Sheridan to lead crisis stabilization services, coordinating clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2–3 years of case management experience or high school diploma with 4 years of case management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skills Trainers and ensure patient care needs are met.
• Log patients' daily actions and ensure program guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with Skills Trainer staff; work 6 hours of every 8-hour shift on the floor.
• Train new Skills Trainers and prepare/maintain staff schedules.
• Supervise Skills Trainer staff and provide monthly feedback.
• Facilitate treatment groups; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure CARF safety standards via drills and screenings; conduct drug testing.
• Oversee program vehicle safety and maintenance.
