Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2–3 years case management or related experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years case management or similar treatment experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skills Trainer interactions and ensure patient care needs are met.
• Log patients' daily actions and behaviors per guidelines.
• Work on the floor with Skills Trainers at least 6 hours per 8-hour shift.
• Train and supervise Skills Trainer staff; provide monthly performance feedback.
• Prepare and maintain Skills Trainer schedules.
• Ensure CARF safety standards via drills and screenings.
• Conduct drug testing.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and safety.
