Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Clinical Director to lead residential treatment services in Wyoming, ensuring program compliance with VOANR policies, DOH and grant requirements. You will manage staffing, performance, risk and client services while driving growth and quality outcomes.

The role requires advanced clinical licensure, supervisory experience, and strong leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program
• Licensed as LCSW/LPC/LAT/LMFT or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
• Meets qualifications for Wyoming Behavioral Health standards
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Proficient with standard office software and reporting tools
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of outpatient and residential services as assigned
• Provide operational oversight of clinical operations
• Evaluate program deliverables
• Identify opportunities for program growth for VOANR
• Collaborate with staff and clients to identify programming needs
• Develop and monitor KPIs for program leaders
• Handle reporting, contracts procurement, grant preparation and analyses
• Forecast budgets and business needs
• Advocate and conduct outreach for all programs
