Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.
• Fully licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming with relevant license types.
• Meets Wyoming standards for a SUD/CSW professional.
• Minimum two years supervising clinical staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of clinical operations and quality assurance.
• Maintain community relationships and solicit stakeholder feedback.
• Supervise clinic staff and provide clinical supervision.
• Deliver clinical services as needed to meet patient needs.
• Document clinical activities promptly in patient records.
• Participate in QA and ensure evidence-based treatment use.
• Manage ongoing training schedule for clinical team.
• Act as designated supervisor for clinicians and navigators.
• Coach supervisees on agency expectations and performance.
• Ensure staff comply with all policies and ethics codes.
• Manage timecards, leave, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor program deliverables and motivate productivity goals.
• Monitor budget considerations and participate in budgeting.
