Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree pathway + 1 year of direct care experience
• Associate degree pathway + 2 years of direct care experience
• Diploma pathway + 3 years of direct care experience
• 50 hours of human services education + 4 years of direct care experience

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight for one or more residential homes serving 4+ individuals
• Coordinate support to ensure health and safety and person-centered outcomes
• Lead and mentor direct support professionals; provide training and coaching
• Monitor 245D compliance and organizational policies
• Collaborate with behavioral analysts, therapists, medical professionals, and stakeholders
• Provide hands-on care minimum of 16 hours; cover shifts as needed
• Manage budgets, documentation, and communications with regulators and leadership
