Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee residential programs, support 4+ individuals, and guide direct support staff. You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Minnesota 245D while promoting independence and outcomes for those served.

The role requires leadership, supervision, and hands-on involvement, including a minimum 16 hours of direct care; a competitive salary and a $3,000 signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires education/experience under Minnesota Statute 245D.81 pathways.
• Bachelors or equivalent with direct care experience.
• Relevant supervisory and leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery for individuals in residential homes.
• Ensure compliance with 245D requirements and organizational policies.
• Lead and develop direct support professionals; supervise staffing and training.
• Manage budgets, documentation, and regulatory communication.
• Provide hands-on support to meet program requirements (min 16 hours).
