About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our residential remodeling projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the project-organizing teams, managing timelines, solving problems, communicating with clients, and ensuring every build exceeds expectations. What You'll Do:

Project Planning & Management:

• Coordinate and oversee construction procedures from start to finish.
• Plan project operations, budgets, resource allocations, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure excellence.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and obtain required permits.
• Manage material procurement and job site inventory to avoid downtime.
• Lead job-site quality control, inspections, and adherence to safety standards.

Leadership & Supervision:

• Supervise and mentor laborers and leads, helping them grow and excel.
• Create a respectful, efficient job-site culture focused on excellence and teamwork.
• Enforce company standards regarding safety, job-site behavior, and client interactions.
• Solve issues proactively and maintain open, consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Client Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep clients informed on progress and changes with transparency and professionalism.
• Ensure the client's property is respected, protected, and left better than we found it.

Compliance & Standards:

• Stay up-to-date with local codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure all inspections are passed smoothly and issues are addressed proactively.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong blueprint reading and specification skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of construction procedures, materials, safety, and project management.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend, TSheets, and Microsoft Office/ Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• A clean driving record and the ability to be on-site from 8 am-4 pm (Monday-Friday).
