House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for project management of our home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring completion within the timeline.

Requirements:

• Manage 3-6 projects monthly, adhering to timelines
• Recruit and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Reduce costs and streamline processes
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document properties

About You:

• 5+ years of project management in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
