Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to oversee site development projects supporting CBRS initiatives for both telephone and Wi-Fi services. This role involves managing high-volume unit deployments and coordinating across technical and operational teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CBRS site development projects from planning through transition to construction.
• Handle 1,000–1,500 concurrent unit deployments, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with RF teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and handoffs.
• Create project plans, schedules, and cost/resource estimates.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership.
• Utilize Excel to manage large datasets and perform key project tracking functions.

Tools & Systems:

• Must Have: Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
• Nice to Have: Sphere (financial tracking)

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads
• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telecom or wireless service providers
• Familiarity with plant operations and data interpretation
• Understanding of site development workflows
