Responsibilities include:

1. Managing multiple projects according to timelines
2. Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors
3. Reducing costs and streamlining processes
4. Managing project timelines and inspections
5. Delivering equipment to sites as needed
6. Conducting final inspections and documenting properties

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
