Responsibilities include:

1. Managing 3-6 projects per month according to the timeline
2. Recruiting and managing contracts with contractors and subcontractors
3. Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes
4. Managing project timelines and responding to inspections
5. Delivering equipment to job sites as needed
6. Conducting final inspections and documenting the work

About You:

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
