Salary:

House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for project management of our home renovations. This role involves overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements:

• Manage 3-6 projects per month according to timelines
• Recruit and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Reduce costs and streamline processes
• Manage project timelines and inspections
• Transport equipment to sites as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document with photos

About You:

• 5+ years in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
