Immediately Hiring – Project Manager
At CDL Nuclear Technologies, we help our Cardiology Facility Clients by providing innovative healthcare and medical life science products and service solutions around the country. CDL Nuclear has provided advanced imaging services to more than 850 healthcare facilities since 1992.
Location: Houston, TX or Dallas, TX / Remote with travel to client facilities throughout Central U.S.
Job Type: Full-Time/Salaried w/Bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage each new customer startup under the direction of the Cardiac PET Operations Manager, interfacing directly with customers, architects, engineers, equipment providers, and contractors to ensure efficient startup processes.
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure scope of work is being completed as planned.
- Ensure startups meet specifications and stay within budget.
- Understand and adhere to each CDL Customer Agreement involved in the project.
- Collaborate closely with the CDL Cardiac PET Operations Director.
- Assist in site preparations, including deliveries and ancillary equipment installation.
- Travel as needed to project sites for customer meetings, scope understanding, and project management.
- Ensure objectives related to patient care, personnel, equipment, quality assurance, and safety are met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support company policies and management decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality of CDL’s business and patient information.
- Train and instruct new employees and team members.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven creativity in improving work routines and completing projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Professionalism and ability to handle conflicts and emergencies.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Experience managing schedules and budgets.
- Proficiency with Excel and construction documentation.
- Experience managing multi-phase projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals.
- Competency with desktop software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare facilities.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
