Job summary

Coli Construction in Mahwah, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple single-family residential projects, including remodels and new homes, from start to finish.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure materials arrive on time while serving as the main point of contact for homeowners and working with building departments on permits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential project management experience.
• Experience with remodeling and new home construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid computer skills.
• Excellent time management across multiple projects.
• Team player who is self-motivated.
• Experience coordinating with subs and building dept.
• Procore experience a plus; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage several single-family projects concurrently (remodels and new construction).
• Coordinate subcontractors and keep project schedules on track.
• Order materials and track deliveries to site.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners.
• Work with local building departments on permits and inspections.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects throughout each project.
• Identify issues early and provide practical solutions to keep jobs moving.
