Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of Stick frame Multi-Family Residential Construction experience.
• Knowledge of Revu Bluebeam/AutoCAD is required.
• Must read and comprehend building plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preconstruction tasks including permits, contract review, and bid package analysis.
• Manage all project phases from inception to completion including CO process.
• Prepare and execute construction plans and schedules; attend meetings and produce minutes.
• Enforce safety on the job and ensure manpower and tasks align with daily sheets.
• Track material delivery, lead times, and scheduling with superintendent.
• Review and report on change orders; update management as needed.
• Maintain records of deliveries, equipment, and job progress; issue RFIs as needed.
• Ensure inspections and tests comply with codes and specifications.
