Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential or multifamily construction projects.
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through TCO.
• Experience with multi-phase developments and affordable housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the project site from groundbreaking through Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), providing hands-on, field-first leadership.
• Oversee daily construction operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor performance, and coordinate all on-site activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to meet key milestones.
• Prepare and manage monthly draw packages and support project cost tracking.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and ownership to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
