Job summary

You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship while communicating clearly with homeowners.

You will also assist pre-construction by meeting on-site, reviewing scope, and gathering subcontractor pricing to set up projects for a successful start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from construction start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to keep work on time.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor quality and safety.
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and address questions.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation, including change orders.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure building requirements are met.
• Prepare and price change orders with homeowner approvals.
• Track change orders and keep team updated on budget.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize delays.
