Job summary

Our client, a NYC-based real estate developer, is seeking a Project Manager to support residential projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work closely with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include managing schedules and costs, documenting progress, conducting site inspections for safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CM, architecture, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Procore experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior PM through all project phases from preconstruction to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and planning.
• Document progress reports, logs, and submittals.
• Conduct site inspections to enforce health and safety standards.
• Monitor costs, negotiate contracts, and control expenses.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Supervise project teams and ensure timely task completion.
