Job summary

Coli Construction in Mahwah, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple single-family residential projects, including remodels and new homes, from start to finish.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure materials arrive on time while serving as the main point of contact for homeowners and working with building departments on permits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential project management experience.
• Experience with remodeling and new home construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid computer skills.
• Excellent time management across multiple projects.
• Team player who is self-motivated.
• Experience coordinating with subs and building dept.
• Procore experience a plus; PMP certification a plus.

Coli Construction is a growing, mid-size construction company, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Mahwah. In this role, you’ll run multiple single-family residential projects at once, including both remodels and new home builds, from start to finish.

We’re looking for a self-starter who stays organized under pressure, solves problems as they come up, and communicates clearly with everyone involved in a project, from homeowners to subcontractors to the building department.
