Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale multi-family mixed-use construction projects in Northern New Jersey. You will drive contract negotiation, scope management, takeoffs, RFIs and submittals, while coordinating schedules and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience, strong written and verbal communication, and PMP certification is advantageous.

The role involves leading large-scale multi-family mixed-use construction projects, primarily in Northern NJ, with project values between 30M and 60M.

Responsibilities include contract negotiation, scope management, takeoffs, RFI & submittal coordination, scheduling, blueprint interpretation, safety oversight, weekly progress reviews, and communication with engineers and architects.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong computer and communication skills, with Procore proficiency a plus.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of project management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication. PMP certification is advantageous.
