Job summary

Coli Construction in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Project Manager to lead large multi-family mixed-use developments under GMP contracts, including ground-up work and renovations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and coordinating with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years experience in project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Procore skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects for large multi-family mixed-use developments under GMP contracts.
• Manage ground-up construction and renovations.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects; oversee scheduling, takeoffs, RFI/submittals, and safety.
• Negotiate contracts and manage scope sheets.
• Maintain team focus and timely decision making in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel not required beyond local site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Construction Project Manager for Large Multi-Family Mixed Use Construction Projects, Under a GMP Contract, both ground up and building renovations.
• Projects are large scale, typically between 30m & 60m in value.
• Located in Northern NJ
• Looking for a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment
• Computer and Communication skills are a must!
• Procore Skills are a plus
• Daily responsibilities include Contract Negotiation, Scope Sheet Leveling, Takeoffs, RFI & Submittal Coordination, Scheduling, Blueprint Reading & Interpretation, Safety, Weekly Look A heads, Correspondence with Engineers and Architects
• Truck, Fuel, Cell Phone, 401k available to the right applicant

Requirements
