Job summary

Lennar in Florida is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. You will manage job sites, schedules, and trade partners, conducting site walks and enforcing safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities include pre-construction and final walkthroughs, change order control, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize project performance.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Proficiency with construction software (Build Pro, Procore).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in, manage sites, scheduling, and trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and quality.
• Negotiate inspector/trade issues to maintain budget and schedule.
• Manage trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, customer care, and management.
• Perform stormwater inspections as required.
• Oversee pre-construction meetings, inspections, and final walkthroughs.
• Maintain change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
