Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding in assigned communities in Florida. You will manage job sites, schedules, and trade partners, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion.

Responsibilities include leading pre-construction and present meetings, approving change orders, maintaining cost controls, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver zero-defect homes while upholding Lennar's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office; read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, manage job sites, scheduling, and trade partners to meet timelines.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and final meetings.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and partners to maintain budget and quality.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals through Build Pro.
