Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and schedule adherence. You will manage job sites, trades, and documentation from pre-construction through move-in, driving efficiency and safety.

Ideal candidates have residential construction management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office to streamline project workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore and Microsoft Office or similar software is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and CIP improvements.
• Manage documentation, change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs; ensure safety and code compliance on site.
