You will lead trade partners, conduct regular site walks, manage documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver zero-defect homes. This role requires strong organization, a valid license, and proficiency with Build Pro and Procore.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Residential construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites and schedules.
• Supervise pre-construction and final walkthrough meetings.
• Coordinate trade partners and inspect for quality and budget.
• Review change orders and payments; maintain safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales and management to resolve issues.
