Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites, schedules and trade partners to meet timelines and scopes.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and partners to support budget adherence and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and approvals through Build Pro.
