Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned Florida communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will manage job sites, trade partners, and workflows to sustain profitability.

The role requires residential construction management experience, blueprints proficiency, and strong organization. On-site work with frequent site walks, safety compliance, and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore and MS Office is preferred.
• Able to read plans, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling, and trade partners.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final meetings to ensure scope adherence.
• Negotiate inspector and trade partner issues, driving cost-effective resolutions and CIP opportunities.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro, ensuring timely payments.
• Provide feedback on trade partner performance to enhance relationships and quality.
• Maintain safety logs, ensure code compliance, and conduct site safety meetings.
