Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Prior experience as a concierge in residential building preferred.
• Must be proficient with a computer and be familiar with using Microsoft Outlook.
• Prior direct experience and proven track record in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong professional presence and be well spoken with residents and guests.
• Enter and track work orders submitted by residents or staff.
• Maintain proper access and security of the building, monitor cameras and entrances.
• Recognize and elevate security or building issues in a timely manner to management.
• Screen visitors and announce welcomed visitors via intercom.
• Assist with retrieving packages for tenants from the package room.
• Ensure package room is maintained in an orderly manner.
• Assist with other duties assigned by management.
