Formación

• Prior experience as a concierge in residential building preferred.
• Proficient with a computer and MS Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a strong professional presence and be well spoken and articulate in interactions with residents and guests.
• Enter and track work orders submitted by residents or staff.
• Maintain proper access and security of the building for residents, employees and guests including monitoring of security camera feeds and entryways.
• Identify and escalate building issues to the resident manager.
• Screen all visitors and announce welcomed visitors via intercom.
• Assist with retrieving packages for tenants per established protocols
• Keep the package room organized and orderly
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
