This position entails cleaning and maintaining common areas, while also performing concierge duties, including managing building security and assisting residents with packages. Candidates should have prior experience in custodial work or as a concierge, strong customer service skills, and be proficient with computers. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualificações

• 1-3 months of prior experience related to Porter or Custodial work.
• Experience as a concierge in residential buildings preferred.
• Strong customer service and tenant management skills.
