Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Concierge to join our Capital Region team. The role focuses on providing Signature Service as the single homeowner contact, partnering with sales reps and other departments to tailor communication for every homeowner.

The position involves building homeowner relationships, scheduling measures and install dates, and guiding jobs through the process with scheduling teams and sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
