Andersen Corporation, Renewal by Andersen division, is seeking a Concierge for the Capital Region to serve as the single point of contact for homeowners. You will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.

You will schedule measurements, install dates, and reminders, and collaborate with scheduling teams to advance each job. You will also help resolve paperwork with sales and conduct post-install surveys and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Data entry skills
• Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office software
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Organized

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Concierge to join our Capital Region team! The Concierge will focus on providing Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. PAY RANGE:

$27.45 - $39.75

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
